The Badu Hotel is a fully licensed hotel and is truly Australia’s most Northern Hotel. The hotel offers a range of alcoholic beverages and soft drinks in bar and takeaway sales. The hotel features a large indoor area including entertainment areas for pool tables and juke box. Outdoors there are undercover verandas with a purpose built barbecue for functions and fund raising activities. A wide screen television provides coverage of major sporting events.

The hotel operations include a Risk Assessment Management Plan (RAMP) ensuring the responsible serving of alcohol with approved managers on site. Stubbies takeaway sales are currently prohibited to minimise broken glass in the community where children in particular walk bare foot.

ATM and Eftpos facilities available with vending machines for cigarettes and snacks.

Opening Hours

Licenced hours are from 10:00am to 12:00am 7 days a week, (excluding Christmas Day, new Years Day, Good Friday and Anzac Day, these hours are prescribed under the Liquor Act 1992)

Badu Hotel operates under a local RAMP wherein weekend opening hours are restricted and discretion is used for other closing times.
